We are looking for 5 housemates to form a strong group renting a nice house at the intersection of 50th Stree and 18th AVE, NE, Seattle, WA 98105
Location: 50th street and 18 th AVE, NE, 5018, just five blocks from north campus of UW, 5-minute walking distance from the north main entrance of UW, 10 minute to red squre . It is surrounded by families, NOT adjacent to frats and sororities.
House: four middle size (20 square meters or 180 square feet per room) bedrooms ,one full bathroom and one small room which can be used as either common study area or storeroom on the second floor,
one big bedroom , one spacious living room , one small dining room, one full bathroom, and one kichten equiped with stoves, two freezers, dishwasher, sink, laundry machines, on the first floor, one parking lot in the yard + street parking
three rooms in the basement. Natural gas heat. Unfurnitured. No smoking!!!!
We are looking for nice and clean people to live a happy life in the four bedrooms on the second floor and one room in the basement. UW students preferred.
Price: $ 2800 per month for entire house + ultility.
the price for the each of the four bedrooms on the second storey is $ 420 per month, for the one in basement is $ 350. The cost of all ultility is about $ 600 per month per house according to the estimation of landlord. First month rent , last month rent and $ 1000 refundable deposit for the entire house is required when move in.
lease term: Sept 1st ,2012 - June 30th, 2013.
housemates: We , two Chinese guys ,are graduate students from Physics and ESS department of UW, looking for nice and clean housemates.
