Looking to rent out the unfurnished master bedroom in a 2bedroom 2bathroom 1000sqft ground floor condo unit. The condo is located right off 164th in Bellevue and is right behinds Crossroads mall and park. Includes a reserved uncovered parking spot right in front of the Condo. Quiet area that is only a few minutes away from Microsoft, Bellevue, and Redmond. Looking for a move-in date around the 23rd. No pets, no smoking. Pictures include a mix of current state with furniture that will be removed as well as original empty unit.
Room: The larger bedroom in the condo with a large closet. Bathroom connected to laundry with washer and dryer.
Costs: $950 for room not including utilties (electricity and internet) which are split between both tenants. Electricity averages about $120 a month (less in summer, more in winter) and internet is $90 a month. The numbers listed for electricity and internet will be shared between you and the current tenant. Internet is 600mbps down and 100mbps up enabling remote wfh.
