I am looking to rent the upper unit of a large Seattle House. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in UW/Northgate area. Excellent location. Very Convenient. On bus line. Express buses to downtown(20 min) and UW(15 mins). Close to Northgate mall, Lake City Way, Fred Meyer, Safeway, QFC, many restaurants, and I-5 freeway entrances.
The upper unit has three large bedrooms, formal dining room, living room, one kitchen and one bathroom. Total of 1400 sq. ft.
The rent per month is $1500. Non-smokers only. Available now.
Looking for someone with good credits. Must pass credit/background screening.
