本人在这个地点5129 24th Ave NE Apt5 Seattle, WA 98105. 和5319 24th Ave NE, Seattle, King, WA 98105看中两套房子，欲租住，望各位亲们关于这一地区的安全性给予一些建议，本人不胜感激！

The place is fine, next to u-village, so pretty convenient. there's supermarket, gas station....... around it. The place is about 20 min walking from UW, it is totally safe during day and night. But at night(after 10),since the place is down the hill, when walk back you may need to go next the "frat region", where Frats house around there and they party a lot. So strongly recommend take a night ride.(please check the CSSA new students guide for night ride)
