8月3号professional clean, 欢迎8月4号开始约看房 刚完成地毯的专业clean, 欢迎有长租意向的学生学者，约看房 最近有一些沟通的同学说这个位置太远，其实这就在15 AVE 上， 一条线直接进UW campus, 公交车373 就在家门口，出门1分钟， 15-20分钟的车程。 我自己曾在UW学习工作， 这个位置还是非常方便的。 爱逛街的同学，Northgate shopping Mall 就在86街。对于住房品质有一定要求的同学学者，还请看过来。
这个位置对应的I-5 173出口， 而我们华人周末购物必去的99大华超市在I-5 176出口， 所以非常方便 最近有各路小伙伴咨询并看房，但最后都没有谈成，我总结了一下：
1. 是否接受CP 租？ 之前为了保证大家的住房质量，每屋只租一人，但最近有young CP 咨询，我也在想是不是就接受？但， 这就不是贴子里说的总共就租3人了
2. 是否接受短租？因为涉及清洁和管理，之前的室友都是至少一年的lease, 如果实在有需求的，3月以上也考虑吧， 再短就不考虑了
3. 是否议价？建议对住房质量有一定要求的小伙伴同等条件比价啊，合适有缘的租客最重要。 两间房全部订处， 感谢关注！
