求助：如何用电话转账交学费

现在在国内，想交秋季学费，说可以打电话转账。怎么操作？？？
我卡是bank of American 的，转账有限制。怎么解决？

转账就是一次刷卡最多不能超多多少钱？如何解决。别说找银行，那是废话

关键是找到银行后的流程？

Well, you dont need to worry about the tuition issue until the second week of the quarter, if you really want to pay tuition now, personally recommend you use online check instead of tel pay, since wat they mean for tel pay is just same as using an online check

    by the way, transfer is not purchasing..........................there should be no limit for transfer
