Two bedrooms are available in my very charming and beautiful home, in a lovely residential area very close to the University of Washington, bus lines and a gorgeous park. The home has many windows, a large living room and dining room, oriental carpets, exquisite artwork, a fireplace, french doors to a patio, lush garden, 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms with queen beds and down comforters, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped and cheerful kitchen, and a washer/dryer. It is very clean, quiet and comfortable and we value respect and consideration of each other.A very lovely and sunny but smallish upstairs bedroom is for rent starting around mid October, with a queen bed, desk, chairs, bureau, and a private sundeck looking out at the garden. Around the same time, a very spacious daylight basement with three high windows allowing some sun light is available, with an alcove containing a queen size bed and a large space with a wonderful study area, handsome desk, couch, comfy chair, white carpeting, oriental throw rugs, tv, and ample closet space. The upstairs room is $850 per month including all utilities, twice weekly cleaning and internet, while the basement room is $650 per month. A security deposit for the amount of one month and a one year lease is preferred.
I am a retired University of Washington School of Medicine health care researcher.I have a very friendly and adorable 2 year old,39 pound Italian water dog with very curly white hair (hypoallergenic). There is no smoking and no additional pets.
