room for rent
A furnished room with private both room in a townhouse will be available on September 1 2019. It's located in 3218A Franklin Ave. E. Seattle, WA 98102 and very closes to UW campus(buses 70 and 49 only one stop to get UW). You will stay with a single mother and her son (they are living the 3rd floor. The rent room is at 2nd floor and kitchen is at first floor.The rent is $850 including all utilities, WiFi and garage parking. Female is first thinking.
