capitol hill近link station全新studio转租1000/月包水电网

CAPITOL HILL 全新单人studio 转租，1月22号左右至4月12号左右，1000/月，包水电网。设施齐全，交通方便，步行距离内有link station, safeway, qfc还有很多餐厅。离downtown 是15分钟公交路程。去华大是步行5分钟到link station然后坐到uw station，一共20分钟内。因为照片上家里没有怎么收拾所以我就不发在群里了，可以加我wx看~ 最好的地方是一个人住，不需要和人合住，厨房等等都是有的。wx: diying6574

车位是街趴，公寓不带健身房。租住日期可以扩大到1月7号至4月27号。 仅支持短租，不支持续租。家具都有而且都是新的。
